LoveBladi — Terms and Conditions

1. Who operates the service

LoveBladi at lovebladi.com (the “Service”) is operated independently from the United States (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact: support@lovebladi.com. LoveBladi is a service name, not a statement that its operator is an incorporated company. The Service welcomes adult users in Morocco and elsewhere where lawful.

These Terms govern the website and any official LoveBladi mobile application when released. They do not mean that a mobile application is already available. Any app-store terms also apply to use of that store, but do not replace your rights against us.

2. Eligibility and agreement

The Service is exclusively for people aged 18 or older who can legally agree to these Terms. It is not intended for children. Do not register or use it if you are under 18. Provide your true date of birth; do not evade age restrictions or allow a child to use your account.

Listeners from Morocco and other countries are welcome where the Service can lawfully be offered and used. Availability does not mean that every feature is available in every country.

Read these Terms before using the Service. Account registration requires affirmative acceptance of the Terms made available at registration. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service. Any agreement inferred from other use applies only to the extent legally valid after adequate notice. Nothing here removes mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

3. A free entertainment service

The Service provides music streaming, name-related entertainment, wish cards, community comments and reactions, leaderboards, and casual games. Features are available only where enabled. Access is free. We do not currently sell subscriptions, digital items, or paid memberships, and we do not take payment for these features. Internet, mobile-data, and device charges from your providers remain your responsibility.

Advertisements and affiliate links may support the Service. Any future paid offering would require separate, clear pricing and applicable terms; these Terms do not authorize charges or enroll you in a paid service.

Music, generated messages, wishes, name meanings, quizzes, and related content are entertainment, not medical, mental-health, legal, religious, financial, or other professional advice. They do not promise a particular result, reveal your identity, or establish facts about a person merely because a name matches. Seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance when needed.

4. Accounts and profile information

Give accurate account information and use an email address you control. Use one personal account unless we authorize otherwise. We may restrict disposable email providers, suspicious registrations, or abusive duplicate accounts to protect the Service. Email verification confirms access to an inbox; it does not independently verify a person's identity or age. Keep credentials and verification codes private. If you choose a remember-me option, do so only on a device you trust, and sign out on shared devices. Do not share, sell, transfer, impersonate, or access another person's account. Contact support@lovebladi.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are not automatically liable for every unauthorized action simply because it occurred through your account.

Usernames must be available and comply with our rules. A starter username may be generated automatically. Usernames and profile names are distinct; do not use either to impersonate someone or imply an official role.

Ordinary self-service changes to your first/last name are subject to a shared 30-day waiting period after a change. Username changes have a separate 30-day waiting period. The applicable next-change date will be shown. These restrictions do not eliminate rights to correct inaccurate personal data: contact support@lovebladi.com when a correction cannot be made in the interface.

The account email cannot be changed through ordinary self-service settings. Email-recovery or correction requests require appropriate ownership checks; contacting support does not guarantee an immediate change. Date of birth is normally locked after submission for age eligibility. Contact us for a genuine correction. Do not submit false details to bypass these safeguards.

Your saved first name may personalize wishes addressed to you. For a wish to someone else, you provide their name. Do not enter sensitive or unnecessary information about another person. Do not assume that a displayed name identifies a verified individual. A shared wish URL can be opened and forwarded by anyone who receives it; it is not a private messaging channel. Share only names and messages that you are comfortable making available to recipients and anyone they forward the link to. Using WhatsApp or another external sharing service is also subject to that service's terms and privacy practices.

5. Permitted use and site content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may access the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment through its intended interfaces. Ownership of protected music, lyrics, artwork, branding, software, and other materials remains with their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial exploitation license.

Unless we expressly authorize a use or the law permits it, do not download, extract, record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, republish, or commercially exploit site music, artwork, or other protected assets. Normal technical browser caching needed to view or play content is permitted. This clause does not limit personal-data access rights, accessibility uses required by law, or other applicable statutory exceptions. Wish cards may be shared as URL links, including through WhatsApp, so recipients can view them on the Service. We do not offer downloads of music, wish cards, or other entertainment content. The intended way to share a wish card is its URL, not an image or file. Sharing a URL does not grant permission to copy or commercially reuse the underlying artwork or music.

Some content is created or assisted by AI. AI assistance does not guarantee originality, accuracy, exclusivity, or copyright protection. We claim rights only to the extent we own or are authorized to exercise them. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us as described below.

6. Comments, names, and other text submissions

The Service does not provide user file uploads. Do not attempt to upload or distribute music, videos, images, executables, or other files through unsupported interfaces. Selecting artwork, avatars, or other content supplied through our own interface is different from uploading a file. Text comments, profile details, name requests, and recipient names are still user submissions even though they are not file uploads.

You retain any rights you have in your submissions. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, translate where the feature requires it, display, and moderate those submissions only as reasonably necessary to operate the features you use. This does not permit us to publish private account information or use your comments in unrelated advertising without an appropriate additional basis or permission. Service providers may process submissions on our behalf for those purposes. This limited license applies worldwide only as needed to deliver the Service. It ends when the relevant submission is removed from active use, except for lawful, limited retention in backups, security or legal records and copies already shared by others. Those exceptions do not authorize unrelated reuse.

Submit only material you are entitled to provide. Public comments and selected public profile information can be seen by other users. Do not post passwords, financial details, identity documents, private contact information, or other sensitive data. Removal cannot undo copies independently made by others. Necessary backup, security, and legal retention is addressed in the Privacy Policy and remains subject to applicable rights.

7. Conduct and moderation

Do not use the Service for harassment, threats, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, illegal content, privacy violations, defamation, fraud, spam, scams, impersonation, infringement, or misleading promotion. Do not publish malicious links, evade restrictions, manipulate engagement, create deceptive accounts, or artificially inflate game results or badges. These rules apply to usernames, profile names, comments, name requests, and wish-recipient text as well as any other input. Do not use altered spelling or symbols to evade banned-word or safety checks. Do not send unwanted repeated wishes or use shared links to harass someone.

Do not disrupt the Service, introduce malware, probe accounts without authorization, bypass security or access controls, or perform abusive automated collection. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@lovebladi.com; do not expose personal data or exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary for a lawful report.

We may use automated filters, AI-assisted moderation, and human review. These systems can make mistakes; publication does not mean that we verified or endorse a submission. We may hold, restrict, or remove content for a rule violation, a legal requirement, or a reasonably identified safety or security risk. Ordinary members cannot approve other members' comments; badges never confer moderation powers. Authorized administrators operate moderation controls. Automated publication is not a promise that every comment has been manually checked or that all harmful content will be detected.

Use available reporting controls or support@lovebladi.com to report an issue or request review of a moderation decision. Include the relevant link and an explanation, but not unnecessary sensitive information. Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to challenge it. We may limit disclosures where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

8. Games, activity, and badges

Games are for entertainment only. There is no betting, cash prize, monetary redemption, or financial reward. Points, badges, rankings, wins, and other activity indicators have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and do not confer ownership, employment, payment rights, or moderation powers.

Badge criteria may depend on eligible activity and thresholds displayed by the Service. Spam, removed content, fraudulent activity, or repeated artificial actions may be excluded or reversed. A badge describes activity, not verified identity, expertise, trustworthiness, or endorsement by LoveBladi. We may change criteria or correct errors and manipulated results. We aim to preserve legitimate account progress during ordinary updates, but cannot guarantee that every score, ranking, or feature will remain available indefinitely. Changes and data retention remain subject to applicable law and our stated policies.

9. Advertising, affiliate links, and third parties

Advertisements, sponsored placements, and affiliate links will be identified as required by law. We may receive compensation when you follow qualifying affiliate links or make qualifying purchases from third parties. The seller determines its prices and any charges; review those terms before purchasing. This general explanation does not replace clear disclosures alongside relevant advertisements or recommendations.

A linked shop is an independent seller unless clearly stated otherwise. We do not currently process its orders or payments. Review its terms, privacy practices, delivery, returns, and warranties before using it. Links and advertising are not guarantees of quality, safety, availability, or suitability. This does not exclude obligations we legally have for our own advertising, representations, or conduct.

10. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy available through the Service explains how personal information is handled, including collection, purposes, recipients, retention, security, international transfers where relevant, and your rights and contact options. It is separate from these Terms and is not a waiver of your privacy rights. Cookie or advertising choices will be explained separately where applicable. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose Accept in our cookie notice; you can change that choice at any time through the Cookie choices link at the bottom of our pages. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional analytics, targeted advertising, or marketing. We may send necessary account-verification, security, recovery, and service notices. Optional newsletters and promotional communications are handled separately, with applicable consent and unsubscribe choices. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop essential account or legal notices.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We use reasonable care in providing the Service, but interruptions, defects, inaccuracies, and security incidents can occur. To the extent legally permitted, the Service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. No website can guarantee absolute security.

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or retire features for reasonable operational, safety, legal, or business reasons. Where practical and appropriate, we will give advance notice of significant changes. Urgent security or legal action may require immediate changes. Routine updates are not authorization to erase users' accounts or progress indiscriminately.

12. Suspension, closure, and deletion

We may restrict or close an account for material or repeated violations, ineligibility, security risks, or a legal requirement. Our response should be proportionate to the circumstances. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue; serious or urgent cases may require immediate action. Contact support@lovebladi.com to request review.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through the available account controls or support@lovebladi.com. Deletion may involve proportionate ownership verification and lawful retention of limited records for security, legal obligations, or dispute handling, as explained in the Privacy Policy and deletion interface. Public comments, already-shared wish links, and backups may be treated differently; requesting deletion does not guarantee that recipients' independent copies will disappear. Account closure does not extinguish accrued rights, mandatory remedies, or lawful retention duties.

13. Responsibility and limits

We are responsible for our conduct to the extent required by applicable law. To the extent that law permits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses arising from personal-use features, or events outside our reasonable control that we could not reasonably prevent or mitigate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law, or any consumer, privacy, or other right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The free nature of the Service does not reduce non-excludable liability to zero. No blanket indemnity, mandatory arbitration, or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.

14. Copyright and other rights complaints

Send complaints to legal@lovebladi.com. Identify the protected work, the specific allegedly infringing material and its URL, your contact information, your authority to act, and the reasons for your claim. Provide accurate information and do not submit abusive or knowingly false notices.

We will assess complaints and take action appropriate to applicable law, which may include removal, restriction, requesting clarification, or notifying the affected submitter. Our Copyright Takedown page describes the process. These Terms do not claim registration with any authority, compliance with a specific safe-harbor program, or US DMCA protection merely by offering a reporting address.

15. Changes to these Terms

We will identify the effective date and maintain a record of the version presented for account acceptance. Material changes will be brought to users' attention through reasonable notice before taking effect where practicable and legally required. We will obtain renewed agreement when required. A new clause will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or authorize a previously unauthorized use of personal data. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Service and close your account.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute concerning the Service are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections that apply to you, including protections in your country of habitual residence where applicable. These Terms do not designate an exclusive US state law or an exclusive court venue.

Contact support@lovebladi.com if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it. This is not a compulsory waiting period before you exercise legal rights. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here removes your right to contact a regulator, consumer authority, or other competent body. These Terms do not require you to bring a consumer dispute exclusively in a foreign court.

17. Character customization and mobile applications

If character customization becomes available, the avatar, clothing, hairstyle, eye, face, and other options are virtual entertainment features. Selecting or saving a combination does not transfer ownership of the underlying models or artwork, grant a resale license, or create an item with monetary value. Use supplied options through the supported interface; do not use an avatar to impersonate another person or imply verification. Availability of a planned feature is not guaranteed by these Terms.

If we release an official mobile application, these Terms apply to the account and features provided through that application as well as the website. Device permissions and optional notifications remain subject to the controls and notices presented to you. We do not acquire permission to access device features merely because you accept these Terms. App-store rules may also apply; we will provide any additional platform-specific terms that are required at release.

18. Other provisions and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive it. Applicable mandatory law prevails over inconsistent wording. These Terms are provided in English only; where mandatory language requirements apply to you, they continue to apply.
