Copyright Takedown Notice

1. Reporting a copyright concern

If you own copyright, or are authorized to act for its owner, and believe material on LoveBladi infringes that copyright, contact legal@lovebladi.com. Use the subject “Copyright takedown request” and identify the specific material so we can review it.

This process covers material available on LoveBladi, including music, lyrics, artwork, and user comments. We do not provide user file uploads or entertainment-content downloads. You do not need to download the disputed material to report it.

2. What to include

Please provide your name, the rights holder’s name if different, your authority to act, and an email address for a response. Identify the protected work and the exact LoveBladi URL where the disputed material appears. For part of a song, include a timestamp or a clear description where possible.

Explain which material you believe infringes your rights and why. Include a source link or relevant evidence of ownership or authorization where available. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

Confirm that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law, and that the information you provide is accurate. Sign the request electronically by typing your name or provide a physical signature. Consider any applicable license or legal exception before reporting.

3. How we review requests

We review requests and may ask for missing information, examine relevant rights or permissions, contact an affected contributor, or restrict or remove material where appropriate. A complaint does not automatically establish infringement, and removal does not necessarily mean we agree with the allegation.

We aim to address reports promptly, taking account of their completeness and urgency and any applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a fixed response time in this notice. If you follow up, include the original request and relevant URL rather than sending repeated unrelated messages.

4. If your content was restricted by mistake

Contact legal@lovebladi.com with the affected URL, any reference included in our message, and an explanation of why you believe the restriction was mistaken. Include relevant permission or other supporting information. We may reconsider the restriction and contact the parties involved.

An ordinary review request is not a formal statutory counter-notification, and it does not guarantee restoration. Do not send court-consent or penalty-of-perjury statements without understanding their legal significance. Where a statutory process applies, its requirements and deadlines govern.

5. Formal legal notices

This page provides a general copyright reporting channel. It does not assert that LoveBladi has a registered US DMCA designated agent or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor. A contact email alone is not a registered-agent designation.

A formal US DMCA notice has additional statutory requirements, including sufficient contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury of authority to act. Use the applicable statutory process and any verified designated-agent details for formal notices. Nothing here replaces legal requirements or restricts a right to seek legal relief.

6. Good-faith reports and repeated infringement

Do not impersonate a rights holder or submit knowingly false or misleading claims. Misuse of a legal notice or counter-notice can have legal consequences. Disagreement with a comment, dislike of a song, or similarity in a common name is not by itself a copyright claim.

We may restrict or terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances for repeated infringement, subject to applicable law and review of the relevant facts. Members do not decide copyright complaints or approve another member’s content through this process.

7. Information used during review

We may retain requests and related records as necessary to investigate, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect rights. Relevant information may be shared with an affected contributor, advisers, service providers assisting with the review, or authorities where necessary and lawful.

We do not publish complaints as community posts, but cannot promise absolute confidentiality. Send only information needed for the request. Our Privacy Policy also applies to the handling of personal information.
